Organization of second working meeting for revision of court monitoring questionnaires

Association ESE is implementing the project “Paths to justice for women who suffered domestic violence” with financial support from the USAID’s Civic Engagement Project. The main goal of the project is to enhance the access to justice for women victims of domestic violence.

On January 25th in Skopje, Association ESE has organized the third working meeting for revision of methodological forms (questionnaires) for monitoring of court cases related to domestic violence. The working meeting was attended by civil and criminal court judges, Appeal Court judge, lawyer, representatives of Association ESE and Coalition All for Fair Trials. The subject of revision were the questionnaire for monitoring criminal and  civil court procedures for protection against domestic violence, which was previously applied for these purposes within the USAID’s Women’s Legal Protection Project.  

The process of court monitoring will be launched in February 2018 in ten Basic court in the country.
